July 2023 request for investigation
Between the June and July letters (links below and above this)---there were phone convesations with a Board investigator- my call to OMB reception was forwarded to this phone and the individual managed to slur his name...
. After exlaining that he knew nothing about my prior complaint(s), he did explain in detail why nothing I mentioned could be investigated-- by the OMB. Eventually he explained his belief that anything that pertained to the Board itself needed to be investigated and managed BY THE GOVERNOR's OFFICE.

Note regarding "how active are you?"
A very easy and accurate way to understand all the confusing babble about "activity" would be to ask an HONEST lawyer: If Dr.Read did any one of the activities listed in the Oregon law as describing "the practice of medicine"... was he practicing medicine? If he had not had an active license to practice medicine, could he have been convicted of practicing medicine Without a license?
The entire sham about deciding "active enough to deserve a license" was to help Haley obscure the complaint SHE had related to a prior misdemeanor arrest of Dr.Read, even though the charge against Dr.Read had been dismissed by District Court, years before! Why repeatedly lie about THAT?

NOTE: Below documents- Many statements are false or misleading, and FOF were often not factual but "findings of fabrications"

On remand, the OMB removes the excessive $10,000 fine! OMB Final Order_onRemand.pdf

The Oregon Appeal Court opinion below uses a lot of fabrications that were provided by the OMB in its Final Order. When the judge is also a prosecutor, maybe the judge tries too hard to prosecute.
